If you want to kill lots of birds in one stone the Sundarbans is the right place for you to travel. This is the largest mangrove forest in the world covering up to 10000 square kilometers of area, out of which 6000 sq km is in Bangladesh in Khulna, Bagerhat, Shatkhira. And this forest was recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997 and also as Ramsar Site.
Our guide will receive you from the Mongla Ferry Ghat. Then, he will take you to the boat. We will provide a small tourists boat that can accommodate 15 people. The boat will start cruising immediately after onboarding to the boat. The first spot will be Harbariya eco tourism center which will take almost 3 hours to reach Harbariya eco-tourism center.
Within 3 hours you’ll be reaching to Harbariya eco-tourism center. It is the deep sundarbans with massive wildlife. You will surely see the footprint of Royal Bengal Tiger. An additional forest guard will be provided to explore in the deep sundarban. There is a train to the deep forest of sundarbans.
Sundarbans. To appreciate and to view the most cherished species of Bangladesh’s wildlife, thousands of visitors make their way to Karamjol, a ranger station deep in the forest that also serves as a deer-breeding center. Bangladesh has some exquisite wildlife species that are unique to the country, and Karamjol is one of the gateways to the majestic wildlife sanctuary in Sundarbans. Karamjol is a forest station for the Rangers. Here you can see a dear breeding center.
After visiting Karamjol Wildlife Rescue Center, the boat will drop off at Mongal Ghat within 5 PM.
