Cancellation Policy 

 *Below 4 pax sedan/hatchback car will be provided.
     *Above 4 pax SUV or Muv car will be provided.
     *Below 4 pax SUV can be provided which is subjected to extra charge.
     *Above 8 pax tempo traveler or minibus will be provided.
     *Ac will not work on the hill.


Car Policy  

(a) Children below 5 years are complementary.

(b) Children between 5 to 10 years are subjected to a 50% discount.

(c) Charges will be levied on the child below 5 years for airfare, cruise tickets, permission, entry tickets, etc if necessary. 


Child Policy

(a) Honeymoon decoration, monument, temple, etc entry fees are not included.

(b) Special requests like candlelight dinners and spas are subjected to extra charges

(c) Tickets like cruise tickets, airfare, permissions, and entry tickets should apply to all age groups of children if necessary.

(d) Everyone must carry a passport-size photo and valid identity card

(e) Ac will not work on Hill. 

(f) Trip details may be modified due to climatic disruptions.

(g) Package prices may get modified during the trip due to adjustment emergencies. 
     


General Policy

•	After confirmation of any Package request: 50% of tour package cost is required immediately to book all the respective services.
•	07 Days before arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.
•	All payments must be notified by an e-mail format only with attached transaction details.
•	Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.


Payment System

•	The booking rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
•	The given Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings until the full payment is done.

•	If we cannot get the listed hotels, we will provide similar standards/ alternative accommodations.
•	We are offering airfare based on real time and this price will be valid within our time and date frame. After that, we can’t assure the previously given fare.
•	A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
•	AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
•	In case of road closure due to snow and slippery road conditions, our vehicle will not be allowed to drive. As a precautionary measure, only snow jeeps/chained vehicles are allowed to drive. These vehicles can be hired on a direct payment basis or we can arrange the same at an additional cost.
•	Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. The car may or may not have power windows
•	Entrance fees and guide charges are not included in the packages.
•	Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the honorable High Court of Any Local Govt of a country.
•	SS Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flight cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of/entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
•	No refund shall be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strikes, Roadblocks, Lockdowns, or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
•	The booking price does not include Expenses of a personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.
