Our guide will pick you from your desired location within Dhaka city by a reserve sedan car. You’ll be heading towards the University of Dhaka, one of the oldest University in the subcontinental. Then, our local guide will take you to Dhakeshowri Temple – one of the oldest Hindi Temple in Bangladesh.
Before lunch, you’ll be visiting Lalbagh Fort. The fort is one of the oldest monuments from Mughal times. Lalbagh Fort is an incomplete 17th-century Mughal fort complex. The construction was started in 1678 AD by Mughal Subahdar Muhammad Azam Shah who was the son of Emperor Aurangzeb and later emperor himself. Lunch will be served with Mughal food.
Ahsan Monjil is the beautiful former residential palace of the Nawab of Dhaka, an important figure during the colonial era. After touring these beautiful and historic sites, take a street food walking tour in old Dhaka at 7 PM. Indulge in the diversity of street food the city has to offer!
