•	Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days before arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge
•	Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.

Child  Policy

•	The booking rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
•	The given Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings until the full payment is made.

•	If we are not able to get the listed hotels, will provide similar standards/ alternative accommodations.
•	We are offering airfare based on real time and this price will be valid within our time and date frame. After that, we can’t assure the previously given fare.
•	A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
•	AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
•	In case of road closure due to snow and slippery road conditions, our vehicle will not be allowed to drive. As a precautionary measure, only snow jeeps/chained vehicles are allowed to drive. These vehicles can be hired on a direct payment basis or the same can be arranged by us at an additional cost.
•	Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. The car may or may not have power windows
•	Entrance fees and guide charges are not included in the packages.
•	Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the honorable High Court of Any Local Govt of a country.
•	SS Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flight cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of/entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
•	No refund shall be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strikes, Roadblocks, Lockdowns, or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
•	The booking price does not include Expenses of a personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.
